In the broadest sense, a user is any individual who interacts with a system, product, or service to achieve a specific goal. Whether they are navigating a mobile app, clicking through a website, or engaging with an AI, the user is the central figure for whom the experience is designed. In the realm of technology, "user" often implies a person who utilizes hardware or software, where their behavior, feedback, and needs dictate the evolution of the interface. While the term can feel a bit clinical or detached, it represents the vital human element that transforms static code and logic into a functional, purposeful tool.
