Chirnside Park Shopping Centre has completed its $10 million investment to modernise the facility.
The works included functional upgrades, such as new flooring, feature lighting, and refurbished skylights in the Centre Court and Link Malls.
In addition, the centre has expanded seating in the food court and transformed the North Fresh Food Entry to improve accessibility.
Several new tenants, including Acai Bros, Ready Player, and Palermo Perfume, have opened in recent months. This period has also featured refurbishments for existing retailers such as KFC and Muffin Break.
A new children’s playground is also scheduled for delivery in Market Hall during the second quarter of the year.
“This investment has not only modernised the centre but also created spaces where families and friends can come together,” said Elizabeth De Melis, Chirnside Park shopping centre’s centre manager. “We’re particularly excited about the upcoming kids’ play area and centre refurbishments.”
This year’s development pipeline includes a major store refurbishment for Kmart between March and May, which will result in the retailer’s newest-format store in Australia.
