Frasers Property Australia has scheduled the opening of its new ECQ Outlet at Eastern Creek Quarter for March 25.

The centre will serve as the first dedicated outlet shopping destination in Greater Western Sydney.

The facility is designed to house 100 outlet brands under one roof, including the largest Asics outlet store in Australia, alongside other labels such as Adidas, Puma, Tommy Hilfiger, New Balance, and Country Road. It features a spacious, pedestrian-friendly area with a width comparable to Sydney’s Pitt Street Mall to accommodate foot traffic.

Located at the intersection of the Great Western Highway and the M7 Motorway, the site is accessible to approximately 1.2 million residents in the western Sydney catchment area.

The development adds 18 new dining destinations to the precinct, covering six different cuisines. Facilities also include an outdoor entertainment area and a dedicated play space for children.

As of September last year, the global group held total assets of approximately S$39.7 billion, with operations spanning industrial, retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors across 20 countries.

“ECQ Outlet is not just a shopping centre, it’s a destination,” said Felicity Armstrong, GM of retail investments at Frasers Property Australia.

“ECQ is already established as the go-to social, dining and shopping hotspot for locals, and when we open on 25 March, we’ll be able to cater to even more diverse consumer needs. We are bringing together world-class brands, unbeatable value and an experience that will completely redefine outlet shopping in Sydney.”
