Meriton, Australia’s largest residential developer, unveils Pagewood Retail Precinct – a vibrant new lifestyle destination blending dynamic dining experiences with essential retail.

This latest mixed-use development from Meriton is more than just a shopping or dining destination; it’s a community hub where people can connect, indulge, and explore. With a carefully curated mix of renowned eateries and essential services, Meriton’s Pagewood Retail Precinct is set to become a cornerstone of modern urban living in Sydney.

“Our Pagewood Precinct was designed with our community at its core,” says Con Kery, Head of Retail and Commercial at Meriton. “Our goal was to create a space that offers exceptional food and dining experiences while truly reflecting and serving the local area’s needs. With Pagewood, we’re building a place where people can come together, enjoy first-class dining experiences, and feel at home in a setting that’s both contemporary and welcoming.”

Kicking off the retail openings at Pagewood is Chargrill Charlie’s. The new location marks a significant milestone for the brand as the first store to open under the new ownership of Craveable Brands, bringing a fresh chapter to its celebrated legacy.

Al Aseel, one of Sydney’s most iconic Lebanese restaurants, also celebrates a milestone at Meriton’s Pagewood Retail Precinct, opening its first Eastern Suburbs location. Known for its authentic family-style feasts and rich, generational recipes, Al Aseel brings a taste of Middle Eastern hospitality, offering diners locally sourced, high-quality ingredients.

“We’re honoured to be part of Meriton’s latest precinct and excited to bring Al Aseel’s authentic Lebanese dining experience to the heart of Pagewood,” says Georges Badr, Group General Manager Al Aseel.

“Our menu is crafted to celebrate community, with traditional dishes like our hot and cold mezze platters and charcoal-grilled meats, all designed to bring people together over a shared meal. We look forward to bringing Middle Eastern hospitality to Meriton’s Pagewood Precinct.”

Leaf Café is serving a unique twist on modern Australian food, Leaf Café & Co has been a cherished community gathering spot since 2007.

With locations across Sydney and regional NSW, Leaf Café offers a contemporary menu crafted from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and coffee roasted in their South Granville roastery. Each café is uniquely designed to reflect and serve its local community, bringing a sense of warmth and connection to Pagewood.

Meriton’s Pagewood Precinct isn’t just about retail; it’s about creating a place where people can enjoy exceptional food in a community-centred environment. Meriton has designed the space to be more than a collection of stores – it’s a destination where friends, families, and food lovers can come together to enjoy unique culinary experiences.

“We’re not only meeting everyday needs here at Pagewood, but we’re also crafting a space that fosters a sense of community and connection.
