On Thursday, 15 December, Westfield Knox unveiled its new gourmet marketplace, marking the opening of the first stage of its phased $355 million redevelopment.

Creating a destination that has been truly reimagined for the community, the new precinct is anchored by major supermarkets Woolworths and ALDI and features an elevated selection of specialty fresh food, quick-eats and more.

Westfield Knox Centre Manager, Kristian Nicholls said: “Welcoming our local community through the doors this morning and showing them what we’ve been working on was a momentous occasion and is just the beginning for Westfield Knox. The new gourmet marketplace elevates the food offering and provides convenience and choice for our customers.

“The opening of the first phase at Westfield Knox gives our community a taste of what’s to come, with fashion and lifestyle retailers, a refreshed food court, community basketball court, and swim school planned to open in the next phases across 2023.”
