Mini Guns 2019

Mini Guns 2019
Add comments
We started reporting on Mini Gun centres in 2006. It was a sector of our industry dominated by Centro Properties Group; at that time, we featured some 95 centres, 40 of which were managed/ owned by Centro. Stockland had 10 so between the pair, they had more than half the total! Today, the scene is very different. Centro no longer exists and the Mini Gun centres are the domain of the major players – Vicinity Centres, Stockland, Mirvac, Charter Hall, ISPT, AMP Capital, SCA Property and the like.
