Sydney-based Banna Property Group has acquired two shopping centres in Western Australia: Woodlake Village in Ellenbrook and Kinross Central in Perth’s northern suburbs.
The move is part of Banna’s strategy to grow its portfolio of community-focused retail assets.
“For three generations, our family has been transforming local shopping centres into thriving community hubs across Sydney,” said Brad Chan, CEO of Banna Property Group.
“Expanding to Perth is an exciting next step for us, where we’ll focus on strengthening neighbourhood centres with deep community roots, strong foundations, and plenty of potential still to unlock.”
Both centres are set to undergo upgrades, including improved amenities, a refreshed retail mix, and new spaces designed to encourage locals to connect, shop, and socialise.
“Community has always been at the heart of what we do,” added Sean Merhi, asset manager at Banna Property Group.
“Our goal is not just to manage properties but to create places that locals can be proud of – and that includes supporting the people and organisations who make these communities what they are.”
