GPT appoints Louise Mason as Independent Non-Executive Director

The GPT Group has announced the appointment of Louise Mason as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 May 2024.

Mason is an experienced property executive with more than 30 years in the property industry, including extensive experience running several operating businesses covering retail, office and logistics and in development across multiple sectors.

Mason was most recently Chief Executive Officer, Commercial at Stockland and retired from that role on 31 December 2023.

GPT Chairman, Vickki McFadden, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Louise to the Board as part of our ongoing Board renewal process. Louise’s extensive experience as a property executive will be complementary to the Board’s existing skills mix, particularly given her experience across multiple property sectors and development. We look forward to Louise’s contribution to the Group.”

Mason will stand for election at GPT’s 2024 Annual General Meeting.
