Perth’s Claremont Quarter delivered a high-style celebration of fashion, beauty and retail, as the centre welcomed Australian fashion icon Jesinta Franklin for its headline event, CQ Front Row.

Franklin, a well-established force in Australia’s fashion and media landscape, co-hosted the evening alongside celebrity stylist Elliot Garnaut. The pair led an exclusive in-conversation segment focused on autumn-winter trends, wardrobe building, and the intersection of timeless style with seasonal experimentation.

Joining them on stage was renowned Perth-born makeup artist Michael Brown, whose 25 years of experience and celebrity clientele — including Gisele Bündchen and Sofia Richie Grainge — added another layer of industry insight to the event. Brown, who has also worked closely with Franklin throughout her career, shared beauty tips and backstage anecdotes, further enhancing the fashion-forward tone of the evening.

The highlight of CQ Front Row was a high-energy runway show on Level 2, where new-season collections from the centre’s leading fashion retailers were brought to life. From tailored silhouettes to Western-inspired styling, the show featured luxe textures, statement coats, and layered looks designed to inspire winter wardrobes.

Franklin, expressed her excitement at being part of the celebration: “Claremont Quarter has such a great energy and is a go-to destination for fashion lovers. I loved being part of CQ Front Row and getting to connect with the Perth community again.”

“Autumn-winter fashion is all about texture and structure — luxe boots, rich layers, and bold silhouettes. It’s the perfect season to experiment while still keeping things elevated and effortless.”

Throughout the centre, shoppers enjoyed live entertainment, complimentary bubbles and canapés, exclusive in-store offers, and brand activations that transformed Claremont Quarter into a full-scale experiential destination.

Many of Claremont Quarter’s fashion, beauty, and lifestyle retailers participated in the event, offering special discounts, exclusive product launches, and interactive experiences.

The centre is home to some of Australia’s most celebrated designers, including Zimmermann, Camilla & Marc, Carla Zampatti, Manning Cartell, and Elka Collective, making it a premier destination for fashion-forward shoppers.

Stylist Teagan Sewell, who curated the runway show, described the event as “a true celebration of Australian fashion,” highlighting key seasonal narratives including maximalism, textural layering, and modern tailoring.

“We were thrilled to work with Jesinta and this incredible creative team. The energy on the night was electric — guests left inspired, and our retailers really stepped up with special offers and in-store experiences,” Sewell said.

CQ Front Row took place on Thursday, 8 May from 6 – 9pm across Claremont Quarter, with the in-conversation with Jesinta Franklin, Elliot Garnaut & Michael Brown, followed by the runway show kicking off upstairs on Level 2 from 6.45pm.
