Caboolture Square, a Coles-anchored shopping centre, has been listed for sale, managed by Colliers and JLL.
The property is located 51 kilometres north of Brisbane’s CBD at 60-78 King Street in the Caboolture CBD. It features a gross lettable area of 14,534sqm on a 17,290sqm metropolitan site, which includes 839 parking spaces.
Anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket, the centre also houses national tenants including The Reject Shop and Anytime Fitness, in addition to healthcare, government, and specialty retail tenants.
The centre serves a main trade area with a current estimated population of 107,070 residents, expected to grow to 160,420 by 2046. Over the same period, total retail expenditure in the catchment is forecast to rise from $1.87 billion in 2026 to $5.56 billion, while supermarket-specific expenditure is projected to increase from $553.2 million to $1.68 billion.
The property holds a centre zoning designation under the higher-order centre precinct within the Moreton Bay planning framework, allowing for potential future building heights of up to 27 metres, subject to approvals.
Supporting regional growth includes the nearby Waraba Priority development area, which is planned to accommodate up to 70,000 residents, 25,000 homes, and 17,000 local jobs in the long term.
The sales campaign is being led by Harry Dever and James Wilson of Colliers, along with Ned McKendry and Jacob Swan of JLL.
