Stonebridge Property Group, acting on behalf of KordaMentha as receivers and managers, has launched the sale of a 100 per cent leasehold interest in District Outlet Centre Adelaide.
Built in 2023, the purpose-built outlet centre is located on Main North Road, Parafield, about 17 kilometres north of Adelaide’s CBD. The centre includes 54 tenancies, anchored by major retailers such as Cotton On Mega, Puma, Hype DC, and Forever New. It is currently 83 per cent leased.
According to Stonebridge, the centre benefits from over 210 metres of road frontage, 584 car spaces, and strong pedestrian access. It sits within the Parafield Airport Commercial Estate, surrounded by complementary retail outlets, including Bunnings and automotive dealerships.
The northern Adelaide trade area is forecast to grow significantly, with population increases of more than 113,000 expected by 2046. Retail spending in the region is also projected to rise from $7.3 billion to $18.3 billion over the same period.
Stonebridge Property Group’s Justin Dowers and Carl Molony have been appointed to handle the process.
“With only a handful of outlet centres in existence nationwide, the chance to acquire a near- new, purpose-built asset with such clear upside potential is almost unheard of,” said Dowers.
“District Outlet Centre Adelaide provides an exceptional platform to build upon a strong foundation and deliver outstanding investment upside.”
The Expressions of Interest campaign closes on November 20.
