Booval Fair is set to undergo an exciting facelift, transforming its Brisbane Road façade into a vibrant, open frontage that will welcome new food and casual dining options.

Construction kicks off this week and will continue until April 2025, with controlled measures in place to minimise disruption during the busy holiday season.

The upgrades come as Espresso Lane café prepares to open in the new year, taking over the former Coffee Club space, and Keep Fitness gym launches just in time for Christmas. These additions will enhance Booval Fair’s popular lineup, which includes Big W, Woolworths, and more than 50 specialty stores, reinforcing the centre as a go-to community hub.

Booval Fair is proudly owned by YFG Shopping Centres and managed by Retail First.

Retail First Managing Director Steven Bridges shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming changes: “Our customers have missed the relaxed café dining experience since Coffee Club closed. With Espresso Lane and new outdoor dining opportunities, Booval Fair is poised for a fresh transformation that aligns with local needs.”

Exciting leasing opportunities are now open for hospitality and fresh retail vendors looking to join Booval Fair’s new food precinct. Booval Fair will remain open during the changes ensuring disruption to shoppers and retailers is kept to a minimum.

“This investment reflects our confidence in Booval Fair’s growth and appeal,” Bridges added, noting that Retail First and YFG Shopping Centres look forward to further announcements soon.
