Limited opportunities are on offer for retail and commercial tenants seeking to get a foothold in the rapidly growing Two Rocks area with the suburb set to get its first-ever shopping centre over the next 12 months.
Construction on the new 4,791m2 site is set to begin in early 2025 and will cater for not only current growth but significant expansion in the population forecast over coming years.
Located within Western Australia’s Wanneroo District, Two Rocks population has grown by more than 6.8% over the past five years, and is forecast to reach over 68,000 by 2046.
The new Two Rocks Village will be anchored by a Woolworths supermarket and BWS, as well as a variety of specialty retail and dining stores will help meet the needs of this growing community.
Allan Erceg, Director of Erceg Management said, “The new centre will be a landmark for the fast-growing Two Rocks community, providing convenient fresh food and essential services for locals, as well as more jobs. The new development will help cater to the needs of the community now, and into the future as the area continues to grow.

“We are conscious too that shopping centres are much more than just giving people a retail experience, they’ve become essential community hubs where individuals and families gather to not just shop but meet up and enjoy time together. The new centre will reflect that with outdoor dining and green spaces.
“Two Rocks is a wonderful family-centred community with a rich heritage and the design of the centre has taken this into account acknowledging and reflecting that heritage and maintaining the lovely vibe of this wonderful seaside location,” said Erceg.

Erceg Developments is seeking expressions of interest with premises offering opportunities for food and beverage retailers, service providers, cafes and restaurants including alfresco dining.
Two Rocks Village is expected to be completed in early 2026.
