Kingpin is set to open a $13 million entertainment precinct in Collins Arcade, which the company describes as Australia’s first such destination.

Spanning 3500sqm, the precinct features entertainment, dining, and nightlife areas, including a bar-and-grill-style restaurant.

Inspired by Melbourne’s street art and sport, the location offers an immersive playground and is expected to welcome more than 1 million visitors annually.

As part of capturing the city’s cultural identity, a large-scale portrait honouring Dame Edna Everage was created by renowned street artist Matt Adnate and installed at the entrance on Dame Edna Place.
