Tipalea Partners says its upcoming $60 million Spring Farm Village in Kingston is now 85 per cent pre-leased, as construction led by Fairbrother progresses toward the halfway mark.
Set for completion next year, the 7000sqm neighbourhood centre is located opposite Bunnings on the Channel Highway.
The development will introduce a full-line Coles supermarket and the region’s first Chemist Warehouse superstore, adding new retail options and competition to the Kingston area.
Fairbrother continues to advance base build and interior works, with handover of 18 specialty tenancies scheduled for early next year. Carpark construction is expected to begin in January.
James Brake, senior development manager at Tipalea Partners, feels proud to reach this leasing milestone so early, with limited shops remaining available.
“The demand we are seeing from retailers shows just how much this community is crying out for more convenience shopping,” said Brake.
“These retailers have been quick to see our vision and the potential for Spring Farm Village, backed by the strong population growth of the surrounding catchment suburbs.”
Spring Farm Village will also feature several technology and sustainability-focused amenities, including EV charging, cloud-based CCTV, free Wi-Fi, smart car counters, wireless charging, and enhanced parking options.
