Lendlease has placed Erina Fair on the market with expectations that the shopping centre could fetch around $850 million.

Set on 40.8ha, Erina Fair has about 114,000sqm of gross lettable area, ranking as the 21st largest shopping centre nationally.

Moreover, the centre says it gets more than 11 million annual visitors and generates an estimated $814 million in moving annual turnover.

Its tenant mix includes Myer, Big W, Woolworths, Aldi, Coles, Kmart, Hoyts, Uniqlo, Sephora, Mecca, Rebel, JB Hi-Fi and Harris Farm Markets.

More than 92 per cent of the gross income of Erina Fair is drawn from national and chain retailers, with 70 per cent of space leased to major and mini-major tenants.

Erina Fair also features four supermarkets that together garner more than $250 million in annual sales, supported by Kmart and Big W stores. It has more than 4500 parking spaces.

The sale process is being run through an international expressions of interest campaign, closing on October 9.
