Stonebridge Property Group has brought Meridian Village Lifestyle Centre, a near-new large format retail centre within Melbourne’s south-east corridor, to market.
Completed last year, the centre’s national tenant profile spans Supercheap Auto, Petbarn and Jaycar, complemented by Nutrition Warehouse and Australia Post across its 2725sqm gross leasable area. The asset offers a secure 6.6-year Wale, fixed annual rental growth and an estimated fully leased net operating income of approximately $1.05 million per year.
Sitting on an 8047sqm landholding in the City of Casey, one of Victoria’s fastest-growing areas, the centre directly serves the high-growth Clyde North catchment. The surrounding municipality is projected to grow by about 38 per cent to more than 614,000 residents by 2046, while Clyde North’s population is expected to increase by 66.5 per cent over the same period, representing a “significant runway” for long-term retail demand.
In addition, Meridian Village forms part of the $1 billion Meridian Estate master-planned community, which comprises over 3000 homes and is supported by nearby residential estates, future employment precincts and leading retailers operating across repeat-purchase categories. This underpins its retail performance while providing investors with a low-maintenance income stream.
Stonebridge Property Group partner Justin Dowers described it as a rare opportunity to acquire a near-new large format retail centre, which has emerged as one of the country’s strongest-performing retail sub-sectors over the last 18 months.
“Transaction volumes increased 82 per cent in 2025, with buyer conviction continuing to build across the sub-sector,” Dowers specified.

The expressions of interest campaign for Meridian Village Lifestyle Centre will close on August 26.
