Melbourne Central is expanding its retail mix this summer, with a series of new openings across fashion, dining, and lifestyle.
“We’re thrilled to welcome such a dynamic mix of new and returning retailers to Melbourne Central this summer,” said Andrew Drivas, centre GM at Melbourne Central.
“From cult local brands to international icons, these openings reflect our ongoing commitment to offering a fresh, relevant, and exciting experience for our shoppers.”
The most recent additions include Gingerlilly, the Australian sleepwear and loungewear brand, which has launched an exclusive collaboration with Australian model Bec Judd, and Vietnamese street food chain Roll’d, which has also reopened after a refurbishment.
New stores over the coming weeks will include Realism, an Australian streetwear label opening its first standalone store on November 8, and drinkware brand Frank Green, which will open its second-ever standalone store in mid-November.
Aestheticswear, a Ballarat-founded fashion label, will also open its first permanent retail location at the centre, while Victoria’s Secret will launch its first Melbourne Central store ahead of Christmas.
The centre’s dining options will also expand with the opening of Fishbowl, known for its Japanese-inspired salad bowls, on November 24, while Flappy’s Fried Chicken, a New South Wales-based brand, will make its Victorian debut at the precinct in the coming months.
