Parkmore Shopping Centre is bringing in TK Maxx as part of its redevelopment, which will see the former Big W tenancy converted into a new precinct anchored by the off-price retailer and Rebel Sport.

TK Maxx is known for its range of discounted merchandise across fashion, homewares, beauty, accessories, and gifts.

Parkmore Shopping Centre manager Jo Bush said the addition reflected strong demand from local shoppers for more value-focused retail.

“Our Parkmore customers told us they wanted more value, more variety, and more reasons to shop locally, and TK Maxx delivers exactly that,” she said.

Bush said the redevelopment would strengthen Parkmore’s convenience-led retail mix, which includes Coles, Woolworths, and Aldi, as well as value retailers such as TK Maxx, Rebel, Best & Less, and The Reject Shop.

“Parkmore has always been a centre built around the needs of local families, and the introduction of TK Maxx is a major step forward in our evolution as Melbourne’s south-east destination for value and convenience shopping,” she added.

“We know there has been enormous anticipation around TK Maxx joining Parkmore, and we can’t wait to welcome customers through the doors.”
