Sunshine Plaza has partnered with Holiday Inn & Suites Sunshine Coast, as the shopping centre looks to strengthen its appeal to visitors staying in Maroochydore.
Located about 400 metres apart, the two destinations will offer hotel guests easier access to shopping, waterfront dining and family entertainment.
The partnership will also include in-room concierge recommendations, exclusive offers at Sunshine Plaza retailers and dining venues, and marketing initiatives to encourage visitors to explore both locations during their stay.
Sunshine Plaza marketing manager Bianca Price said the collaboration aims to broaden Sunshine Coast’s tourism offering.
“The Sunshine Coast will always be defined by its stunning beaches, hinterland and waterways – and Sunshine Plaza is here to give visitors everything beyond the beach,” Price said.
“Whether it’s relaxed waterside dining, family entertainment, a day of shopping, or a welcome escape when the weather turns, we offer something for everyone.”
