The Pavilions Palm Beach neighbourhood shopping centre on the Gold Coast has unveiled a new-look dining precinct, which it says has made it one of the area’s most sought-after food destinations.

Consolidated Properties Group (CPG), which manages the property, said it reconfigured some of the retail tenancies in the centre and brought in new hospitality operators facing onto the Gold Coast Highway and Fifth Avenue. It added that the new precinct is anchored by an Italian restaurant, Pepe, and joined by UE Bagels and Palms Indian Restaurant.

“Our focus has always been on creating neighbourhood centres that genuinely reflect the communities they serve,” said CPG’s national retail leasing manager, Rob Clifton.

“Palm Beach has evolved into one of the Gold Coast’s most exciting lifestyle destinations, and we’ve aimed to deliver a hospitality offering that complements that evolution while giving locals more reasons to visit throughout the day and into the evening.”

The new venues join a series of locations within Pavilions; Clifton says it represents the strength of demand in the area.

“The calibre of businesses choosing Pavilions reflects the confidence operators have in both Palm Beach and the centre itself, and we’re continuing to see strong interest from tenants who want to be part of this precinct,” he added.
