The Two Rocks Village shopping centre has opened in the heart of Two Rocks, marking the first retail shopping precinct for the local area.

The facility is managed by Erceg Management, a WA property management firm, which oversaw the planning and design alignment with local regional history.

Anchored by a Woolworths supermarket and a BWS store, the 4791sqm facility includes more than 200 parking spaces, a playground, and an outdoor dining area.

Additional tenants, including Jamaica Blue, Amalfi Pizza, Fresh Culture Barbershop, and a medical precinct, are scheduled to open in the coming months.

According to management data, the development generated construction roles and now supports more than 120 jobs across the retail, hospitality, and customer service sectors.

Demographic figures show the population of Two Rocks grew at an annual rate of 6.8 per cent over the past five years, with projections estimating the population will exceed 68,000 residents by 2046.

“The new centre is a landmark for the fast-growing Two Rocks community, providing convenient fresh food and essential services for locals, as well as new jobs,” said Rob Staniford, GM of Erceg Management.

The building features a large-scale community mural designed by artist Linzi Carter in collaboration with Year 6 students from Two Rocks Primary School, allowing students to contribute directly to the public space. The artwork incorporates regional coastal elements, depicting local marine life such as cone shells, abalone shells, turban shells, cowrie shells, eleven-armed sea stars, and WA Rock Lobsters.
