The Flagstone Central Shopping Centre in South-East Queensland has been listed for sale.
The 9528sqm neighbourhood facility is anchored by two major supermarkets, Woolworths and Aldi, and is located approximately 40km south of Brisbane.
Opened in 2020, the centre occupies a 3.29ha site and has a diverse tenant mix, including Terry White Chemmart, Anytime Fitness, and 28 specialty stores.
According to CBRE, which is managing the sale for Stockwell Private Capital, the property has established itself as a dominant retail hub within its trade area, located on the border of the Flagstone Priority Development Area. This region is projected to eventually accommodate more than 138,000 residents and 50,000 additional dwellings.
“We continue to see an increased depth of capital targeting opportunities like Flagstone Central,” said Joe Tynan at CBRE.
“Dual-anchored, near-new shopping centres are rarely offered to market, and we expect strong interest given its strategic location in a Priority Development Area that is supported by strong population growth fundamentals.”
