A new Service NSW Centre is coming to Macarthur Square late this year, bringing government services closer to Campbelltown and surrounding communities.
Located on Level 2, the centre will offer over 1300 NSW Government services and transactions, featuring 14 customer service counters, self-service kiosks, testing facilities and meeting spaces for booked appointments.
The addition strengthens Macarthur Square’s position as a destination for retail, dining, entertainment and essential services, while enabling customers to complete government transactions and everyday errands alongside their regular shopping.
Given the strip’s central location, with easy access to public transport and ground-level parking, the opening is expected to provide added convenience for residents of all ages and circumstances.
Jacqui Bell, centre manager at Macarthur Square, said the announcement marks another milestone for the centre and the local community.
“Macarthur Square is more than a shopping destination; it’s a place where people come together to shop, connect and take care of everyday needs,” he added.
“Bringing Service NSW to the centre means residents will be able to save time and complete important services closer to home.”
