The Providence community will welcome a new shopping centre, Stockland Providence, on May 21, providing residents with local access to essential services and dining.
The first phase of the centre will host approximately 27 retailers and service providers. Key tenants include a full-line Coles supermarket and a Green Leaves Early Learning childcare centre.
The mix also features a pharmacy, a gym, and a pilates studio to address health and wellness needs.
Located within the Providence community, the town centre is designed to provide a convenient and accessible location for residents, supporting daily needs and serving as a social hub.
“As Providence continues to grow, it’s important residents have convenient access to the services and amenities they rely on day to day,” said David Laner, GM, QLD and Northern NSW development at Stockland
“This town centre has been designed to support modern living, with everyday essentials close to home,” said Laner.
“The centre is anchored by a full‑line Coles, including a drive‑through Click & Collect facility, alongside childcare, pharmacy and health and wellbeing services that support daily routines.
“We’ve also curated a strong mix of dining options, including a bakery and café, sushi, Asian takeaway, Mexican, kebabs, burgers, gelato and an Indian restaurant, helping create a welcoming town centre where people can meet, relax and enjoy time together.”
