Following a multi-million dollar transformation by owners, Mintus, Grove Square – The Hills has emerged as a revitalised, future-ready retail destination serving Baulkham Hills and surrounding communities.

With refreshed interiors, a vibrant new food court, the addition of Olive Grove Lane’s casual dining precinct, combined with the presence of all three major supermarkets, the centre sets a new benchmark for convenience, experience, and local connection.

Located at 375-383 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills, Grove Square is anchored by Woolworths, Coles, and ALDI, and supported by a strong mix of national retailers, local favourites, and essential service providers.

The completed refurbishment enhances the shopping experience while delivering long-term value for both customers and tenants.

The redevelopment, completed in May 2025, focused on improving both the internal and external environment of the centre. Major works included the installation of new flooring, energy-efficient lighting, heating and cooling upgrades, and refreshed entry points to create a more welcoming and comfortable retail destination.

At the heart of the transformation is the refurbished food court — now a bright, contemporary space with increased seating to compliment a diverse range of culinary options, including Subway, Wok Hei, BH Fish Market, Surbhi Indian, Master Rolls, Omspresso, Sharetea, Toros Kebabs, KB Chickens, and Ai Sushi.

The project also features the recent introduction of Olive Grove Lane, an alfresco-style dining precinct showcasing foodie retailers Guzman y Gomez, Zeus Street Greek, Ooshman, The Yook, Sol Bowl, Burger Room, and Little Rock Café. With an inviting design and strong food options, Olive Grove Lane has quickly become a favourite for families, workers, and casual diners alike.

Ben Stewart, Director at Mintus, said the refurbishment underscores the company’s commitment to creating relevant, engaging, and sustainable retail environments:

“Grove Square – The Hills is a vital part of the everyday lives of people in Baulkham Hills and the surrounding area. This refurbishment ensures the centre remains relevant, engaging, and well-equipped for the future. We’ve created a space that offers both practical convenience and meaningful connection — and we’re proud to see how positively the community has responded.”

To celebrate the centre’s new chapter, a Family Fun Day was held in May, featuring live music, children’s entertainment, and community giveaways. The event drew large crowds and helped reconnect locals with the newly revitalised centre.

With three major supermarkets, a strengthened food and beverage offering, improved sustainability features, and a clear neighbourhood focus, Grove Square – The Hills is well positioned as a high-performing, community-centred retail asset for the future.
