Belmont Forum has received council approval to proceed with a $65-million refurbishment of the centre. The first stage of building works has commenced on the new dining precinct with further stages to commence later this year. The dining precinct will consist of six to eight dining options. Set back from the road with an alfresco offer and adjacent to the 10-screen cinemas complex, the precinct will be the new social/lifestyle destination for residents in the City of Belmont and surrounding area
