The team boasts some of the highest regarded experts in their field, including Tim Atkins, Tony Gilchrist, Richard Hamilton, Bruce Sedgwick and Robert Caruana.

B&P, led by Suzee Brain (a regular contributor to Shopping Centre News), specialise in conceiving, planning, and delivering thriving F&B spaces with the sole purpose of creating sensational and forward-thinking food experiences that benefit everyone – so they were a natural fit for Titanium and will rebrand as Titanium Food & Place.

“Joining the two teams together is a natural fit for B&P,” said Suzee Brain. “The opportunity to provide a full end-to-end service for our clients is exciting. From strategic inception, masterplanning, design and fit out to leasing and management of the asset, Ti Food will continue to provide investors and clients with innovative food retail strategies to bring outstanding results with enhanced services.”

Titanium Property Investment also welcomes Andrew Falson as a new Director in Titanium Food & Place heading up placemaking and retail design management.

“Many of the Titanium Directors have had the privilege of working with Suzee and Andrew for more than 30 years,” said Tim Atkins, Director and co-founder of Titanium Property Investment.

“We aim to be the number one boutique provider of bespoke property advice and the best outsourced executive advisory team. We have curated a collection of experts in their field, so I am honoured to be joining forces with Suzee, her team and Andrew. Together, with the addition of food consultants, place makers and retail design, under the Ti banner, this builds on our aim to create the best advisory team to create thriving destinations for our clients.”

“The Titanium team will continue to tailor our services to our client’s needs across the property investment spectrum including development, leasing, asset and property management, we have the benefit of providing a fully integrated solution or a stand-alone offer depending on their requirements,” said Atkins.
